Ankom fat analyzer has high efficiency and low cost. It doesn't need the special guard of the operator. It only takes 30-120 minutes to complete the whole set of work from heating extraction to recycling. Skilled operators, ankom XT 10I fat analyzer can easily determine up to 120 samples a day, and the working efficiency is greatly improved. At the same time, ankom filter bag technology can ensure high repetition accuracy, reduce the repeated determination due to the large variation of parallel measurement results in the traditional way, thus greatly reducing the analysis cost.
Due to the use of automatic intelligent condensation circulation system, when the heating temperature is higher than 90 ℃, the condensation system will automatically intervene and fall back to the working temperature; on the contrary, when the temperature is lower than 90 ℃, the condensation system will automatically shut down, and the heating system of the instrument will work immediately, the temperature control accuracy is ± 0.1 ℃, and there is 105 ℃ over temperature shutdown protection. Ankom fat analyzer is a closed circulation system, and has ultra micro tail gas adsorption device (activated carbon), so it can avoid the harm of manual direct contact with thermochemical solvents and harmful gases. It can be carried out in conventional laboratory without the necessary "fume hood" of traditional fat analysis laboratory. The whole analysis process is very safe.
